Since First Service Residential Management took over in July 2023., the property is a mess. There has been no oversight of service from the officers of the board, despite numerous complaints. The property is dirty and the staff is awful. I would not recommend anyone to buy here.
People working there, fixing the building but the access was good. Good people living there. Good apartaments design. It is hard for big trucks or vans to park there but it was not that bad, it is logical.
The whole place is filled with "Karens". Everyone thinks that they are the "special one."
Charles Duffy is a mean little Irish man who said he is the president which is hard to believe that he is making any decisions of value for the Harbour View Condominiums. I hope he gets help with whatever he is going through.
Lived here for 4 years and have loved every minute of it. I'm on my late 20s and everyone's always been super nice.
