We own a unit there since 2021 . Its very clean and quite build. Near all Daytona attractions Walk distancd to the beach. We love it.
Love living in this place. The views are breathtaking, neighbors care about each other, HOA is low compare to others in the area, close to major attractions and all areas are well kept by our wonderful maintenance guy. The building is fully renovated and safe for the next 10 years...all hurricane proof!
I have lived here for 5 years and it is a quiet peaceful place.
