We have lived in the Harbor View community for six years now. The community is very friendly and welcoming. The association has completed the required concrete restoration and Hurricane roof replacement, so all of our compliance issues have been addressed. The financial health of this association is very good and in compliance. The HOA costs are still one of the lowest in this area with the amenities here. Clean and kept up area. I live at Harbor View 6/14/2026-Condominiums on the Halifax River in Daytona Beach Florida. I have been in residence for a year this August 2026. I absolutely love this condo and my neighbors.
