This was a great place to stay. We extended our stay with ease. (Didn't want to leave) Such a great location for me and my family. A very short walk to the Harbour town outlet stores and the vege store there was so great and cheap. A few minor things to improve in the apartment and foyer area we stayed in (Zephyr building) but over all one of the best stays I've had and would definitely do again. Looking into the next visit when I get back to NZ.
horsendous experience. Paid up front for 3 nights. Arrived to check in and there was a problem with the eftpos processing my security deposit of $200.00. Had just picked my son up from hospital who was waiting in the car. I showed the property manager my bank account balance and there was more than enough to pay the bond but we just couldn't;t process it. She told me she could not check us in. Attempted to purchase a property at Compass Drive Zephyr apartments very poor communication, very poor handling of the sale property. Lucky we didn't buy it. No windows in bedrooms.
