horsendous experience. Paid up front for 3 nights. Arrived to check in and there was a problem with the eftpos processing my security deposit of $200.00. Had just picked my son up from hospital who was waiting in the car. I showed the property manager my bank account balance and there was more than enough to pay the bond but we just couldn't;t process it. She told me she could not check us in.
