I will definitely never go back there! I didn't even want to give Harbor point cleaners one star! The owner was extremely rude and yelling at me over the phone when I called to let him know that my curtains were discolored. He wasn't able to get the stains out of my cream colored curtains which I wasn't happy about, but could have dealt with, if the curtains weren't stained yellow and looked water stained in sections. After reading other reviews, How is he still in business? I wish I had read the reviews before:(

TERRIBLE! This was the absolute worst experience I have had with a company. I brought my roommates down comforter into the shop to be dry cleaned. I was going to be out of town for 2 weeks so I left them my roommates name and number, to call and notify him when it was ready. This was on a Thursday and they told me it would be done the next Wednesday. I return from my trip two weeks later and still no call.So I went in to pick up the comforter, which I paid $40+ dollars to have cleaned and it was covered in Black mold. I aske... read more
