The elevator has been broken since August 2024 - 6 months with no elevator and 4 flights of stairs should be an ADA violation! The stairs are very difficult for my elderly parents. Most delivery personnel don't bother delivering to the door any more, they just drop your things off downstairs because the elevator is broken. This place is a wonderful place to live! I bought her about 6 months ago and you can't beat the location. Everything is walking distance along with a pool and friendly community!
