Try getting anything repaired, you'll wait until you're blue in the face! The "property manager " is NOT especially truthful, she'll promise the moon and stars,but you'll wind up with the bullshit time and again! Look at the gutters and screens,...a lot to be desired ! They kinda spy on your use of YOUR OWN pool pass/laundry card! WTF? Who does that?
Clean Quiet Community This is one of the better places I have lived at. It is clean and quite. It was a bit hard to get into though because there is not a lot available, which tells you something. The rent is a little lower because there are not as many amenities as other communities, but who really uses them. There is a beautiful pool here with picnic tables and grills and lots of grassy areas. It is easy to get to places like the beach and the mall and places to eat. Quiet and Clean I have lived here for 6 months now. When I moved in the apartment was very clean. The rooms are very large and the screed patio has a door that opens to the outside, which I didn't see at any other places. The rent is less than most other places I looked at. The grounds are kept very nice and clean and it is very quiet here. I like that I get one reserved parking in front of my building. The pool is beautiful and I can use the fitness center at their sister property next door. I really am very happy here.
This is a very nice, friendly community, it's small but nice apartments and with great people who live here!
Like it very nice my sister lives there always had a good time there the people are very nice the pool is great the Landry mat is nice close to shopping bar close by not far from the Mets Stadium apartments are very nice I plan on moving there when i retire
Look elsewhere The reason the rent is so cheap here, is because there is absolutely nothing included. There isn't even a room for your storage. We suggest you keep looking.
