Alice and her team are simply the best. Full stop. If you go anywhere else, I feel sorry for you. You are missing out on something special.
Disrespectful and unprofessional Find another place I asked for the design to be corrected so it would match the reference photo, and the technician said it didn’t need to be the same as the photo. I insisted that should be the same. She then left me mid-service and attended another client without explanation. I just left.
Have only used them for years now
The 4 kids running , screaming, crying & throwing toys around really took away from the relaxing experience i was expecting. The fill took a lot longer than i anticipated & didn’t appreciate the way i was spoken too by Alice very short & rude . It was concerning to see 8 year old kids working & doing pedicures . On top of all this i almost tripped from the toys all over the floor. I absolutely would not recommend this place & i won’t be going back.
