The 4 kids running , screaming, crying & throwing toys around really took away from the relaxing experience i was expecting. The fill took a lot longer than i anticipated & didn’t appreciate the way i was spoken too by Alice very short & rude . It was concerning to see 8 year old kids working & doing pedicures . On top of all this i almost tripped from the toys all over the floor. I absolutely would not recommend this place & i won’t be going back. Worst spa experience ever! I came to relax in a massage chair and treat myself to a mani/pedi. Instead I felt like I was at a daycare! The staff’s children running around, screaming, throwing toys, hanging off my chair! I will never recommend this place and NEVER come back! I mean, come on!! How about a little awareness for your guest experience! Do better.
Very welcoming and accommodating staff! My nails always look great!
