Great service, open 7 days a week
I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience at this clinic. After waiting for over 40 minutes, I was told I was not allowed to accompany my family member into their consultation—even though my family member explicitly gave their consent for me to be there as support. When I calmly asked what policy prevented me from entering, I was told I was being "argumentative" for simply questioning the rule and was ordered to wait outside.
