My mother is there now. And has problems daily. The food is awful. The aides take forever to change their briefs. The call lights stay on for well over 30 minutes. And same goes for the meds. I walked the hallway and could see the dust on ledges, even a coffee stain. I have met a few really nice people there. Please help
I have been to Harbor Manor numerous times for physical therapy following a hospitalization. The facility is clean, comfortable, and up to date. My beds have always been comfortable and the food good. The staff is freindly, professional, kind and caring. I will be happy to return if/when I am in need of physical therapy rehab with skilled nursing again.
Brittany was very helpful in guiding us through the admissions process. Even though her efforts did not result in admission, she was generous with her time, very supportive, and 100% pleasant to work with!
A close frien of mine was there recently for rehab for a broken leg. The car he received was outstanding. He was actually sad to leave the people that took such good care and misses them.
