Funny how the response to all the negative things of this place is “this person never lived here.” Well I can tell you I know a couple of them and they most certainly did. I did as well and leaving was the best decision I ever made. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Tammy your trash just like your trailer park.
Complete shit hole
The woman who runs the place, Tammy, one of the worst cases of slum lord I’ve ever seen. Harassing tenants through text message, banging on the door at 7 am, stole my extension cord I had plugged into my truck through the window. On numerous occasions she’s tried to intimidate my girlfriend. Not only that but the pipes leak, the homes smell like mold, they don’t service the heat and is a fire hazard, there’s soft spots on the floor and on the walls from the roof.
