I received my food about an hour after placing the order, and everything arrived cold. I honestly don’t understand how it can be delivered like this. The schnitzel was dry, hard, Overall, the food was in such poor condition that it was basically inedible. I had eaten at this restaurant before (at Harbour grill ) and really liked it, but this time the quality at harbour gourmet was extremely disappointing.
I'm a big fan of Harbour Grill. But the service in Harbour Grill at lunch (Harbour Gourmet) does not reflect what’s expected from this establishment. They should add more waiters because it damages the restaurant's image. There was only one waiter for more than 5 tables. Charcuterie quality is excellent, but sandwiches could be bigger given their high price.
