If I could give 10 stars I would. Got a seriously bad flat tire at 4am doing a Lyft ride from Danville to Roanoke. I couldn't have been in better hands. This is the best I mean the best towing and recovery company in the east Coast hands down. As someone who has had trouble with Lyft and the payments received Harbour Towing has been extremely patient with me on my payment. Made an appointment for a car alignment .. I was out in less than a hour and the waiting area is super comfy .. Everyone was nice and helpful I will go here again
Don't recommend at all can't even park somewhere to car pool to work. Our car got towed unlawfully then we get told it was gonna be 200 over the phone then turn around to get the car out and we spend all of our money about 600 dollars just to get our car out... They like taking food out of children's mouths... Money hungry
After waiting almost 4 hours in the rain for another tow company less than 15 minutes away from me. My insurance contacted Horbour towing to come all the way to wentworth, NC to get my car. They came when they said they would and were very professional!
