I use my roadside assistance with my car insurance and Harbour was the company that came. I needed my car towed and I wasn't sure what was wrong with it, the man who picked the car up thought that it could be the starter. He asked if I wanted him to take it back to the garage and have them look at it, I was like sure that'd be great. If you are a person of color do not use them. I will never forget the time I was having car trouble and was a college student if you know then you know a college student is struggling to make ends meet. I told him to check it out and let me know what was wrong with it. He calls me back says it’s the alternator. I told him ok asked how much it would cost so I can have my money ready. This company tried to steal our load and make us pay $11k for release. This company doesn't know anything about logistic. The owner Jason has absolutely no skills in communication with customers! Stay away from this place. We had to call the police to make them release our truck and load.
