Terrible service. Key worker condescending. More interested in himself and his life. Operations manager dealing with complaint for 7 weeks. They really don’t want to do it in writing even though I’ve requested twice. No use to anyone with self awareness. Contributed to a decline in my health.
Only suitable for people with very mild substance use problems who are able to take the harm reduction approach. No real understanding of severe addiction or that alcohol use disorder withdrawal can be life threatening.
