It took nearly an hour and a half for them to do one 360-degree X-ray and for the dentist to tell me I didn’t need any work done. I recently had a bad experience at another dentist so I had my X-rays sent to this office-I just needed the dentist to review my imaging and have a cleaning. This facility is a first rate, professional and compassionate full service dental operation. From Dr Frazier to the entire staff, a truly pain-free experience. 5 stars isn’t enough for these folks.
Mona was my dentist, I absolutely love the way she makes me comfortable. Once you sit in the chair, she tells you exactly what will happen. She asks all the appropriate questions and she guides you through everything. She makes sure that you are comfortable and ready for your appointment.
I have major dental anxiety but Mona walked me through everything causing me to have no anxiety at all. As well as Dr.Basha talking me through want needed to be done. I’d 100% recommend if you have any dental anxiety or fear of the dentist. I’ve always hated the dentist but I will be back
The abutment screw of my implant was loose so I went to tighten it. I ubered there for the consultation just for them to say they didn't want the doctor attending to do it because he was a temp. Then why did you accept me as a patient when I explained the issue on the phone before scheduling? Literally wasted 3 hrs of my life.
