They’ve done work for me on 2 different occasions. They are wonderful people and do wonderful work.
I would give this business a 0 star if I could. I had a terrible experience here. After seeing mixed reviews, I gave this place a chance, but the customer service was not only awful but also felt racially discriminatory. I asked politely if they could reduce the price on a small repair, and the owner became extremely rude, even telling me, ‘This is not McDonald’s, you can’t negotiate here.’ His language was insulting, and he kicked me out. Great work. They altered some pants for me same day!
Probably the best area to get suits altered. Ive tried a few places in Chesterfield for my clothing to get fitted and this one is the best for the area. They take care of my items anytime I need something done. Quality professional cleaners. Only place I'll get my things cleaned in Chesterfield
