Nice and welcoming, a friendly bunch that shows interest in caring for your pet in a manageable way every time (my pup is definitely a fan of the free treats)
We’re relatively new to the area and recently took our dog to Harbour City Vet — and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were wonderfully polite and positive, and they took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We were also very pleased that they were able to fit us in on short notice. We are relatively new to the area, and when my border collie broke a nail right up to the skin, they booked her in quickly and were very open and honest about prices and treatment options. Surgery went well and the price was great, around $300 all up including the consult, sedation, antibiotics, pain killers, and bandaging. Having been a vet nurse previously, and coming from S/E QLD originally, I can tell you this is very good honest pricing... unlike many vet practices back in S/E QLD that probably would have charged us $30... read more
Harbour city is hands down the best vet clinic in town. I have never had an issue with them, they have been great with all 3 of my dogs. Absolutely unreal service and has always been reasonably priced. They are caring, informative, polite and just all round really amazing vets. Couldn’t thank them enough for everything they have done for my dogs
What a great Vet. Our dog fell ill over the weekend and our normal vet was closed. Harbour City was able to see us same day and judging from when we arrived was extremely busy. The treatment was thorough and not rushed. This practice puts an animals well being above all. Bravo guys.
