Best gym on the Island. This place is loaded with high quality old school equipment, and there’s never a wait to use what you need. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming.
Great Place and has everything you need, twice over. Eva and Bart are awesome people and glad to see a local place do well. clean equipment, respectful people. would recommend!!
Awesome gym! It has a fantastic layout, plenty of machines, and zero waiting. Really appreciate the mature crowd and great environment.
The atmosphere here makes it easy to stay consistent. The staff are friendly, the facility is always clean, and there’s a huge amount of equipment so you don’t have to wait for anything. I can actually focus on my workouts instead of working around crowds or busy machines. What really stands out though is the sense of community. That’s hard to find in a gym, and it makes a big difference when you’re building a routine and sticking with it.
