The atmosphere here makes it easy to stay consistent. The staff are friendly, the facility is always clean, and there’s a huge amount of equipment so you don’t have to wait for anything. I can actually focus on my workouts instead of working around crowds or busy machines. What really stands out though is the sense of community. That’s hard to find in a gym, and it makes a big difference when you’re building a routine and sticking with it.
Super great staff, awesome gym equipment. Pretty much no wait for the weight 🥁. Good hours too.
Gym is very nice, a lot of machines, just be aware if you want to start in this gym of their staffed times, "Open 4am to 11pm" is only for people with a membership, to register a new member you have to go at a specific time. Im leaving this photo so others are aware ahead of time
SAVE YOUR TIME: If you want to start in this gym you can't trust the schedule that you see here in google, and the gym doesn't warn you in their website either. "Open 4am to 11pm" is only for people with a membership, to register a new member there might not be anyone to register you, if you trust their official schedule. We went there at 8pm to start and nobody was there, we had to come back. Im leaving this photo so others are aware ahead of time
I have been going to HCF since November 2025. I was nervous at first and having the ladies only section upstairs really helped me transition into a new environment. Bart and Eva are amazing and make you feel so welcomed and are willing to answer any questions to help you reach your fitness goals. Now you can find me in all areas, as everyone who attends seems so friendly, helpful and encouraging! I utilize many of the services offered here including tanning and the infrared sauna.
