Went in to shop for a tractor and implements on a Friday afternoon, and Jason took the time to help me, answer my questions, and explain the tractors and the whole process. Kioti makes great tractors, and Jason is knowledgeable, straightforward, and very easy to work with. After comparing with the other brand and dealer in town, it was an easy decision for me. Highly recommend Harbour City Equipment and Jason!
Great attitude and customer service! I showed up during the lunch hour with a handful of broken tractor parts and a picture of a serial number. Jason, who isn't the parts person, still was able to help me get exactly the parts I needed. He was helpful, professional and friendly. I've bought a lot of machine parts over the years, and this was one of the best experiences I have had. Next time something breaks, I'm for sure going back!
I’ve had a great experience with Harbour City Equipment. The team has been friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with my Kioti SL750. They communicate clearly, answer my questions honestly and make sure I understand what my equipment needs. It’s reassuring to have dependable local service and people who genuinely care about keeping their customers’ equipment running properly. I would definitely recommend Harbour City Equipment to anyone looking for quality equipment, parts or service.
Came and helped install my tractor roof. Great help and good service.
