I purchased a Kioti tractor and a Kioti zero turn mower this spring and I’m very happy with the equipment and the service. The tractor and mower are both well designed and well built and have met my expectations. Although I have had limited experience with Harbour City Equipment they seem good. I moved to the island 4 years ago with my Kioti tractor. I am a huge Kioti tractor fan. I could not be happier with mine and I am very grateful there is a dealer here.
I can't say enough good about my experience dealing with the staff at HCE. Chris, Jason and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make sure the process of buying and delivering my new tractor was seamless. Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. I am very excited to use my new tractor for some much needed yard work!
Bought a K9 unit side by side off these guys for cash. The K9 itself is okay for what it is. Very utilitarian which works for the what i am using it for. Power is pretty low and am worried about the longevity of how long the parts are going last. My 1 star is not about that though, when the unit was delivered, i took it for a test drive and was concerned about a few things. Owner Chris informed me that it would all be fine. Very poor service , not recommended if you have any issues with any products that they service Nice when you buy a tractor from them and bullies when there is a problem . Ive talked to lots of other Kioti owners about their service and it’s the same issues . The poor service can be predicted . Be aware
