Harbour City Doulas is an extremely unethical business, that is run by a woman named Mindan that does not care about the welfare of women in need. My child was left neglected and unattended by one of her doulas, and my baby was also not fed for hours. When I brought up the issues I had, she proceeded to make excuses. When I initially contacted her, Mindan gave a big speech on how I would receive the support that I needed, and I believed that she was being genuine. I wasn’t sure if I needed a doula at first, but I’m so happy I made the right decision and used Harbour City Doulas services. Birth and postpartum are no doubt life-transforming experiences, and I’m so grateful I had Mindan and Riannon by my side, always there for me. They’re just the right people to do this job, and I highly recommend them.
Reagan and Amy's support had an incredibly positive impact on my birth experience. When things went offtrack during labour, having Reagan's caring, calm, non judgemental presence made tough decision making so much easier. It removed a lot of the fear and lightened the emotional distress. Later, when I was struggling with low milk supply, having Amy's lactation expertise and genuine care helped me feel less guilt and find a good solution. So so pleased with my experience with Harbour City Doulas. We had Amy and Reagan for pregnancy and birth support, had a lactation visit with Alex, and postpartum support from Emma and Lauren. Every one of them were great and we are so grateful we had their support throughout our journey. Can’t recommend Harbour City Doulas enough ❤️.
I am so thankful for the postpartum support I had with Emma! I had a great experience with harbour city doulas start to finish. I did the postpartum package and a birth class with Tessa. Both were fantastic doulas!
