Kind staff and a very professional dentist. Dr. Shirzad clearly explained my dental issues and made sure I understood everything. What I really appreciated was that she didn’t insist on fixing every problem at once or pushing unnecessary treatments just to maximize my insurance. Instead, she helped me decide what was truly important to address.
I’ve been a patient at Harbour Centre Dental for a few years. Recently, I booked a routine cleaning and was told X-rays were added to my visit without prior notice, only upon arrival. I asked if I could instead have a limited dentist exam, but was told the dentist was on vacation. For context, my X-rays were done two years ago, yet no explanation was given beyond “better to have X-rays more often.” Because of this, my cleaning was split into two visits, costing about $600.
