Incredible parking rates for the location - 2 minute walk away from Waterfront Station! The lot's hours of operation are strict. If you aren't out by midnight, the gates will close and there is no way in/out until they open the next day (excluding Sunday/holidays). As long as you keep that in mind this parking lot is unbeatable!

The attendant can not speak clear English. The price for SFU Student is not active, SFU STUDENTS CANNOT GET PROPER DISCOUNT in this parking lot. OK. It you don't believe it, please come to see him. He is very impatient. He should not be working here. He does not like to work here at all. Thank you.

Impark Parking Lot on Cordova has miniscule signs for the reserved spaces so look very very carefully. Reserved spaces seem to be on Levels 1 and 2 but double check for yourselves. My car got towed from Level 2 and not only did Impark give me a $90 penalty, the tow company (Drake Towing Ltd) charged me $185+ to get my car back. The tow place was 40 minutes away. Impark staff totally unhelpful, tow staff robotic and just trying to get through what must be a hideous job, "service" deserves minus stars but Google doesn't allow ... read more

Parking lot is clean and there was security around. That part was great. As I entered, however, the attendant had posted a “cash only” note on the entrance ticket machine. When asked, he said “Oh, credit card is working now”. Seemed suspicious to me 🤷‍♀️ Don’t know how to contact anyone about this.
