Place signs at the exit, lock gates at midnight, close Sundays, keep cars hostage. Entered 11 pm on Friday, released on Monday morning. Suggested moving signs to the entry receptionist said “not my idea.” Clearly, no one owns the idea… JUST BUSINESS. Cancel your weekend plans with your vehicle before entering.

Extremely frustrating experience. I parked my car here on Saturday around 11:00 PM. Entry was open and payment was accepted, but there was NO clear signage warning that vehicles cannot exit on Saturdays and Sundays. As a result, my car was locked inside the garage for the entire weekend and I had no way to retrieve it until Monday morning. There was no emergency contact, no after-hours access, and no warning at the entrance. Allowing drivers to enter and pay while blocking all weekend exits is misleading and unacceptable. Incredible parking rates for the location - 2 minute walk away from Waterfront Station! The lot's hours of operation are strict. If you aren't out by midnight, the gates will close and there is no way in/out until they open the next day (excluding Sunday/holidays). As long as you keep that in mind this parking lot is unbeatable!

The attendant can not speak clear English. The price for SFU Student is not active, SFU STUDENTS CANNOT GET PROPER DISCOUNT in this parking lot. OK. It you don't believe it, please come to see him. He is very impatient. He should not be working here. He does not like to work here at all. Thank you.
