We recently rented a vacation property through Harborview Rentals using VRBO. While there were several issues with the property, the most serious was the condition of the entry door. Upon our arrival, the latch and lock assembly was loose in the door. During our stay, it completely detached, leaving the property unsecured and preventing us from safely locking the door to protect our belongings or sleep without concern. I booked my rental through Marriott, to get the credit and the points, but ended up communicating with Dan at Harborview rentals. My business trip was postponed and Dan was so kind and accommodating. At the end of my trip, I left my purse right where I’d placed it all week; on the foyer console table :-/ . Dan was so kind to grab it and ship it back to me.
