Stephanie handles the calls for her husband, Mike, and their apprentice son. She's delightful and gave clear directions for the pictures they needed in order to analyze the problem. Because we needed the work done within a few days to accommodate another contractor, they went out of their way to squeeze us in between jobs. Mike was knowledgeable, efficient and quick. He was concise when explaining things or answering questions. We're looking forward to having them back for our next job.
