Wow! This has been my best experience with a plumber ever! This company was recommended to me by a friend and I can see why. I will be recommending them to everyone I know! My hot water heater stopped working and These folks really cared about my situation and got help to me much quicker than anyone else I had called could. He not only fixed the problem quickly, but for A lot less money because he was able to fix it rather than replace it. Called due to a sump pump going out. They squeezed us in same day. Found out that an employee had unplugged it. they didn’t charge us so we gave them some free pizzas instead!
Very professional, with helpful advice (they were able to assess the issue, but it was a manufacturing error. They then directly communicated with the outfit that could replace the part and we are happy with the result!). They communicated well for the service time and date, and were punctual!! We would highly recommend this service team!!
Almost caused an accident at the Canadian side of the USA-Canada border. Completely cut me and two other drivers off to get a better position at the crossing. I can’t imagine they provide quality business with driving like that. I’d go elsewhere. It was a jacked up ford truck with the license plate D18829B, hope their business owner takes the issue seriously.
Highly reccomed Harborview Plumbing! I was trying to fix a leaking toilet and ran into some issues. Mike was out on a job but made the time to come by as soon as he was able. Mike was an answer to my prayer and truly helped my family out when we needed it. Harborview is a family ran and operated business and they are great at what they do! God bless you and thank you Mike
