The nurses are fantastic. But the conditions are awful - cramped, overcrowded, and inefficient. I had an overnight stay after surgery; was put in a room with someone in constant crisis. No rest for me. Interruptions every 15-30 minutes, and people coming in and out without respect. They mistreated the black man next to me - tied him to the bed, then told him to use the urinal and call button that he couldn’t reach. I got a 2nd year resident who gave me a clinical diagnosis but no explanation beyond that, ordered an MRI and gave me a prescription for medication. When that stopped working he tried one other medication and when that didnt work it became impossible to reach my doctor. I finally got one call and he agreed to have a telappointment with me several days later. He never called. I finally spoke with the care coordinator and was told my doctors attending physician had advised him giving me two medications was all they good do for... read more
