TERRIBLE SERVICE- They seem professional but Barbara and her daughter are not. They put up a nice front and ripped me off. I had my moms jewelry that I came in with to make necklaces for me, my daughters and my niece, the quality was crap and the clasps were not made well, my niece lost her necklace and mine fell off and had to have another claw clasp replaced which cost me $95, another jeweler after the fact said they would of charged me $50??? I've bought earrings here & the sales rep was kind enough to spend time with me going thru a catalog to select not just what I wanted but also the size I was looking for. Lately I've been there getting batteries replaced in watches & I see how caring the rep is with customers having jewelry repaired or restyled. That's a reason to shop locally! (Aside from their beautiful pieces!)
