Leasing office says they can do nothing about the unsanitary amount of dog poop they have allowed to accumulate on common grounds. There is a resident in building 7000 that has a large dog that they do not clean up after and the leasing office says that they are well aware but claim they “can’t do anything about it” until they figure out who it is. I've been living here for a while, and I can say it's not an ideal place to live, but it's not terrible either. I've had a lot of problems with the mail since I moved in because they don't send me the codes to pick up my packages. I've gone to the office many times to try to resolve the issue, but they haven't done anything about it. I have to go to the office every time I receive something just to get it delivered.
