My friend moved to this complex and it’s poorly maintained. The hallways are filthy and haven’t been pressure washed in years and the maintenance team is unreliable. These recent 5-star reviews look like they’re coming from bot accounts just to boost their ratings because it doesn’t match the reality of living here.

Honestly the most comfortable and family oriented apartment complex in Summerville ! Front office staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Especially Mrs. Adriana King! Made me feel at home & like family the second I walked into the building. Will continue to recommend this apartment complex to all of my friends and family!
