1 star only because I have to - to leave a review, otherwise it’d be zero. There is really only one maintenance dude that is good. This place and the employees really don’t care as long as they get their money, the officer that stays, don’t waste your time he never cares even if it’s domestic violence and then he will only belittle you later. they gave my security deposit to the wrong address and apparently it was cashed out already. Even though I never gave them permission to send it anywhere, they authorized it without my approval and denied to reimburse me for their mistake. I never got my check back.
So I moved into this complex last November and waited to post a fair review. Honestly, I must say the staff are very friendly and accommodating . I initially had some bumps in the road but they were very helpful and friendly every time I came into the office to voice my complaints (which was quite often, I must say). To be honest, I had regrets moving here because of the inconveniences. However, now, I feel very confident in saying that I’m glad I made the move here.
