Been living here since February. I love it. The people in the office are very helpful. Maintenance gets things done quickly. My grandbaby loves the pool. Fitness center is nice and clean.
Do not move here. Ain’t nothing luxury about this apartment. They definitely don’t take care of the property especially in the back. The front building are kept clean and nice but the back is horrible. Trash everywhere spider Webbs all down the hallways. Not worth the money. I definitely will not be renewing my lease. Update: put a work order in since June about my master bedroom being hot. I was told buy maintenance that I should put up blackout curtains. My friend moved to this complex and it’s poorly maintained. The hallways are filthy and haven’t been pressure washed in years and the maintenance team is unreliable. These recent 5-star reviews look like they’re coming from bot accounts just to boost their ratings because it doesn’t match the reality of living here.
