Got there at 6am no one was there. It's amazing that I would be charged 500.00 for not showing up on time, but they can be late. But the care was good, a little slow, though. I heard that the doctor was late too.
Everyone was so wonderful there. I had a hip replacement. The center was very clean and nice. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. Even when I had a bad reaction to anesthesia when I woke up. Dr. Hamilton is just amazing! Highly recommend him! My hip was a little more involved and he took great care of me. I’m already seeing benefits the first week!
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here today for my meniscectomy . Every staff member I encountered from pre-op to post-op was kind, informative, friendly and welcoming. You are walked through every step and in my opinion, in very good hands. Specifically Jess, Rachel, and Miranda went above and beyond to make me comfortable during my time here.

Intake and pre op was great very kind folks surgery all went great, my surgery was scheduled for 7 am I was wheeled in at 701 , the only negative part was I felt like post op was trying to clear the bed I had hardly opened my eyes when they were sending me out the door said they would help me dress while my husband got the car , 2 ladies came in and fully dressed me I was able to do it but they never gave me a chance , I had a cast so I brought shorts because I was not sure I would be able to get pants over the cast well the... read more
