I had hip replacement done at the Harborside Surgery Center yesterday. My surgeon was Dr. William Hamilton. I highly recommend him. The surgery center was neat and tidy, welcoming and the healthcare professionals wonderful. My nurse, Kerry Ann, was so attentive to my needs both before and after my surgery. The anesthesiologist was great. I highly recommend this surgery center over a hospital if given that option.
I just had my very first surgery ever here yesterday with Dr. Brian Gallagher. Everything exceeded my expectations! Everyone was super knowledgeable and friendly. I was put to ease starting with my nurse, Courtney. I wish I remembered everyone’s names, but I’m just not good at that. The anesthesiologist was fantastic and efficient with the nerve block and anesthesia. I loved that they pretreated for nausea during surgery because I was not sick at all afterwards. Got there at 6am no one was there. It's amazing that I would be charged 500.00 for not showing up on time, but they can be late. But the care was good, a little slow, though. I heard that the doctor was late too.
Everyone was so wonderful there. I had a hip replacement. The center was very clean and nice. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable. Even when I had a bad reaction to anesthesia when I woke up. Dr. Hamilton is just amazing! Highly recommend him! My hip was a little more involved and he took great care of me. I’m already seeing benefits the first week!
I have nothing but good things to say about my experience here today for my meniscectomy . Every staff member I encountered from pre-op to post-op was kind, informative, friendly and welcoming. You are walked through every step and in my opinion, in very good hands. Specifically Jess, Rachel, and Miranda went above and beyond to make me comfortable during my time here.
