First off I want to say this place is fantastic I called yesterday for an appointment I thought I had a tooth chipped they got me in right away the next thing I seen Dr Jordan very nice guy I have high anxiety PTSD he didn't judge me he kept me calm explained everything took his time with me I did not feel rushed reinsured me there was nothing wrong with my teeth just all around I just never had a dentist treat me with respect like him and the place is super clean love that and the reception is up front in the time I called ... read more
When my regular dentist was out of town, my crown decided it was the perfect time to fall out! Thankfully, Dr. Matt and his team were able to get me in right away. I had to visit a dental surgeon in Pittsford to correct the poorly performed procedure. Bone fragments protruded, after the gum healed, so the entire “packing” had to be cut open, removed, cleaned out, and repacked. You guys took me for a ride from day one. The tooth should have just been pulled. It was damaged beyond repair when the crown was being yanked off. I will never recommend your team to anyone.
