Customer service wouldn't help at all seemed completely disinterested in what I needed done and just kept telling me where the ATM was. I left to go to the location at legion parkway and it took the customer service lady two seconds to figure out the issue and help me get my banking done. All the lady had to do was just listen and acknowledge me instead of just being rude she could have helped instead of making me go somewhere else.
I had a positive experience at the West Brockton branch while opening an account for my mother, who only speaks Haitian Creole. Fatima Santos was incredibly helpful and made my mother feel welcome throughout the process. Her efforts facilitated our account opening and fostered a sense of belonging at HarborOne.
