I arrived at the Brockton Belmont St. branch at 4:58 and as I approached the front door at 4:59 a woman came out to lock the door. I noted that it was 4:59 and needed to cash a check as I was going on vacation the following day and she refused to let me enter despite customers still clearly being in the branch. I was considering opening a business account here for my plumbing company but now I will seek an alternative bank. Friendly staff and quick service
Customer service wouldn't help at all seemed completely disinterested in what I needed done and just kept telling me where the ATM was. I left to go to the location at legion parkway and it took the customer service lady two seconds to figure out the issue and help me get my banking done. All the lady had to do was just listen and acknowledge me instead of just being rude she could have helped instead of making me go somewhere else.
