I have been a member since it was Brockton Credit Union, the transition was great and I find that they have great customer service. Are the mistake free, no. They are more than willing to correct errors promptly. I have several different types of account thier and over 20 years have only had one problem which again was fixed promptly.
why go to a big named bank that charges lots of fees. Harborone credit union has very friendly staff. They have all the same services as td bank north garden(former fleet). Such as CDs, savings (with no minimum balance), free online banking, money market accounts, and checking accounts and they do loans.
