Terrible customer service, high fees, don't return your phone calls. No different from any big bank, just fewer branches and less perks. Took 45 minutes out of my work day to sit on the phone, complete waste of time and no follow up call.
can't stand everytime I walk in they ask me to do a loan, I said no last week but they keep asking me like it'll change my mind, NO it'll make me ask another bank
