WORST BANK EVER. TRYING COLLECT TAX FROM A LEASE TWO YEARS AGO.
I applied for the HarborOne $200 cash back bonus where I deposit $2.5k within 60 days and I called to see when I'd get my money, they gave a date, and I asked if I qualified and they said yes. Then I called on that date and they said I didn't qualify, I asked why and it turns out the person I spoke with was looking at another offer, I clarified the offer I applied for and the person agreed I qualified and then gave my information to the manager to give approval for releasing the $200. Poor customer service, no communication absolutely terrible way to treat customers. This bank has not changed for the better. I lost a business deal due to their lack of communication and inability to operate in a professional capacity.
