Had a hot stone massage here, overall very poor experience. The room was small, and felt claustrophobic. The massage table is small, with my feet hanging over the bed!! The lady who did the massage didn’t really massage. It was more superficial, touchy feely. There was no pressure applied during the massage, and overall no technique or skill. The whole venue wasn’t well kept. The reception felt dirty, and upstairs also filthy. Will be the first and last time! I couldn’t wait for the massage to be over!

I have come to Harborne Spa & Clinic quite a few times for an array of different treatments which included back massages & microdermabrasian facials/back peels. Kadesha is amazing at deep tissue massages, she knows how to get knots out and is always friendly when I come in. Furthermore Lydia has been doing my microderm facials recently and I can definitely say my skin has improved and I feel a lot more confident with out makeup.
