My car fob broke and i couldn’t get the screw open due to rust and the workers here were so lovely in helping me, not only did they unscrew it for free, but they didn’t make me feel stupid at all for coming in with such a silly ‘uni student’ request!

I have a Porsche and one of the tyres was deflated, I am not very good putting gas in the tyres myself so I took it to Harborne garage. Reception ladies were amazing, I have been served by a young gentleman (couldn’t take the name) he was extremely kind and checked all the tyre and filled them too, without charging me anything because there was no puncture, could not thank him more. Amazing service, would love to go again and recommend it to others

I have used Harborne Garage a number of times, and I have found them to be very good. However, I took the car in with a problem in that the passenger door would not open from the outside. I was charged over £100 to fix it, but after barely two months, the problem returned. I took the car back, and was told it would now cost nearly £400 to fix. I said this was too much and asked for a refund of my earlier charge of £100 as they had clearly failed to fix the problem properly in the first place. They refused. I told them that I... read more

I WOULD like to express my sincere thanks to the staff of Harbone Garage for coming to my rescue and saving my holiday in the UK. THE RECEPTIONIST was very courteous and helpful, the staff were kind and did an excellent job locating the fault and repairing it, was back on the road very speedily.
