Very disappointing experience. I provided my insurance information before treatment and assumed any costs would be explained in advance. Instead, after the treatment was completed, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a bill that had never been discussed with me. When I asked for clarification, the manager at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and pressured me to pay rather than explaining the charges. I felt misled and disrespected. My concern isn’t just about the bill it’s about the lack of respect I received when I tried to understand it. The front desk staff, especially one woman, were dismissive and argumentative instead of helping explain the charges. A little professionalism and kindness would have made a big difference. Based on my experience, I would think twice before returning

I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. My treatment was started without clearly explaining whether the procedures were covered or what the total cost would be. After everything was done, I was presented with a very expensive bill that I was not expecting. Dr. Sneha and Keyanna were professional throughout the process; and made my experience of a routine cleaning a good one. On account of my sensitive teeth (and hearing), I don't look forward to the cleaning process. But if my next visit is like my last one, I'll be less anxious.
