I have been going to this amazing dental office for many years and have met new staff at reception that is very friendly and helpful on phone and in person. I have had Fareba scale my gum pockets and explain how to brush and floss my teeth so much better. She has always been so caring and professional. I recently had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sneha. She is caring, thorough, professional, and detail-oriented. She truly takes the extra time with her patients and is extremely knowledgeable. Very disappointing experience. I provided my insurance information before treatment and assumed any costs would be explained in advance. Instead, after the treatment was completed, I was unexpectedly asked to pay a bill that had never been discussed with me. When I asked for clarification, the manager at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and pressured me to pay rather than explaining the charges. I felt misled and disrespected.
