From the caring staff, clean surroundings, outstanding food choices to the offerings of various activities the quality of life is superior. My parents have lived there now for a couple of years and I feel very confident and comfortable with the level of care which they have received.
Overall, we have been satisfied with the staff, service, cleanliness, activities, etc. at Harbor Chase. In our opinion, the one main source of contention with some of the residents is the food. If you could kindly improve upon the quality of the food, it would be greatly appreciated.
HarborChase isn't what I thought it would be but in a good way. We checked my mother in a few months ago and it has been smooth sailing so far. I go to check on her 3 times a month and she always has nice things to say about the staff and living conditions. I highly recommend Harborchase to anyone!
Harborchase is a wonderful place to come to for assisted living services. They are attentive, caring, and supportive to all their residents. They have been taking great care of my mother for 3 years now.
Harborchase has proven to be a good fit for my grandmother. She is naturally a restless person, but when she's here, she seems serene and at peace. I recommend them with confidence!
I’ve been very satisfied. The food looked good, though I haven’t eaten it. It was nice clean pleasant, and private which is the reason we chose it.
I visited this facility Harborchase is the one I really liked. It's setup like in a square. I liked that they have different levels for Alzheimer's or dementia. It depends on how bad your dementia or your Alzheimer's is, which hallway you'd be in, how much care and how much assistance you need. I think it's the best facility for dad.
