My loved one was dying of a brain tumor and this was my "best" choice. Not only was she assigned to a room without hot water (they pooh-poohed her complaints without checking! Like she was making it up!), but at the end, when she became totally paralyzed, the staff neglected to turn her every two hours (as had been promised). She developed bed sores. All I got was a blank stare as in "did you say something?" when I pointed out the bed sores.
