Amazing place! The leasing staff is super helpful, the maintenance team is quick and reliable, and the building is always well-kept.
I’ve been living here for 6 months now and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The building looks beautiful and very well maintained. The new elevator is modern and smooth, and the pool looks amazing after the remodel—it’s definitely one of my favorite spots. The view is wonderful from any apartment, which really makes the place feel special. While the view is great, which is a given in Miami, everything else is not. About a month ago, a DEAD DOG was found in the backyard. At 10:28 AM, management decided it was a good idea to send a picture of the DEAD DOG to all the residents. When I spoke to one of the realtors, they explained the reason behind it was to see if it was any of the residents' dog. There were so many other professional ways this could have been handled. The elevator has not worked in several years. Pool looks sparkling but has been closed for almost a year. View is obviously good. Rent unpredictable at renewal. Water and parking is extra.
