Lived here since January and I've had the same car parked in the same spot that is assigned to me the entire time I've rented here, but the one day I forgot to put my pass on the dash, it gets towed. Every security guard has seen my same car in the same spot, and no one else has my make or model in the entire condominium village. I understand a dash is required wherever you park, but let's be real and use our observation skills here.
It is extremely disappointing that I scheduled a self-guided tour only to get there and not have access to the gate code. had to ask a resident to let me in. Furthermore, upon taking the time and gas to see this unit, I open the lock box to find no key available. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism. Worst place to live.
DIRTY!! LOUD!! And GHETTO!! Trash everywhere, rats running around, loud music and people. The gate is always broken so anyone can just walk in. Management is a joke! HOA is a joke. The fee aren’t worth it.
