The BEST place to buy a scooter, hands down. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The process of purchasing a scooter was so easy. We came in from out of town and Bill, the owner, was so amazing to work with. We’ve had our scooter for a little while now and love it! My wife and I purchased 2 mopeds from Harbor Village Scooter on July 3rd. The service there was great. Our salesman, Bill, was very polite and knowledgeable. When we purchased them, we had our 2 teenage children with us. Bill asked if the kids would be riding them also. I told him they probably would. Bill and I drove the mopeds down behind their shop to a parking lot and he walked all of us through both mopeds. He took the time to go over all the functions of each moped.
