They (most likely) listen to police radios and show up at the scene of a fire just to find the homeowner and give their business card and brochure while it's being extinguished. That's what happened tonight. About as predatory as tow truck drivers that race to the scene of an accident to grab a tow. I certainly wouldn't hire them and neither should you.
