A truly scummy company. They (most likely) listen to police radios and show up at the scene of a fire just to find the homeowner and give their business card and brochure while it's being extinguished. That's what happened tonight. About as predatory as tow truck drivers that race to the scene of an accident to grab a tow. I certainly wouldn't hire them and neither should you.

My parents retained Harbor View Restoration LLC to restore their home (our family's home) following a devastating fire and flood last year. As my elderly parents are not tech savvy, they asked me to post this review on their behalf. They worked closely with Frank Hoffman and Michael, his partner, who are both caring and professional.
