Quick service, professional and helpful
I trust them, they don't tell me I need unneeded service, and they charge very reasonable prices for an expensive area like Irvine. They have taken care of two different cars I've had and kept them working well. I recommend them!
I needed an oil change and Harbor View Mobil was not able to do it. I had called ahead, but the system didn't tell me oil changes are by appointment only. The guy at the shop was professional and courteous. He gave me rescheduling options and recommended other shops. Still he was not able to perform the task. (Because he was understandably too busy.) The automated phone system needs to be improved.
