I had a very disappointing customer service experience. Due to an error on their website, my reservation was booked with the wrong date. Customer service refused to change the date, issue a credit, or provide a refund. Be careful when booking, as there was no flexibility or support to resolve their own system error. Someone else has same experience this month, check out yelp.

The location was ideal for all our excursions and we had an amazing view of the beach and main road. It would be noisy at times, but the view was best! Clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Our original reservation was for 12/28-1/3. The morning of the 3rd we decided to extend fir a 5TH night. I called down shortly before check out to confirm 5th night. Scott and Cameron need more training in customer service. I was told I needed to come down immediately to INITIAL, literally write 2 letters, for another night. I explained I wasnt decent and would be down in 20 minutes. This would have been 15mins after check out. I understand policy, but we had been there 4 nights already and they had my credit card.
