BEWARE of their cancellation policy as it's stricter than normal hotels (harbor view is 72 hours vs. most hotels with 24 hour cancellations). unfortunately i needed to cancel due to work. since i was past the 72 hour mark, i got charged with a HUGE fee. i called apologetically to their customer support (note, still 48+ hours out), and wrote emails apologizing and requesting a one-time exception. i was met with major passive-aggressive energy from Berenice. not to mention the hotel was nearly sold out, but still no compassion... read more

Unable to find confirmation of reservation I made 8/2025, I contacted hotel in Sept, 2025. Was told there was no reservation on file. I then made a reservation for 10/25. We were looking forward to staying here. The room was gorgeous and the view beautiful. However, when we arrived at hotel, we were told there were 2 reservations under our name. Good hotel but too expensive for what it offers
