just awful not worth it
Family of 4 w two older teenagers. We stayed in a third floor room that had a beautiful vaulted ceiling. Great experience. Lovely hotel. Perfect location. Very attentive and helpful staff.
Exelente atencion y servicio
The front desk manager/ staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We booked a room that was too small for our party. They made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks for the great hospitality we really appreciate it!
This is a nice hotel in a great location. My room was clean and had nice furniture. My only complaint is that they didn’t have water in the rooms. Santa Barbara is a quiet town and not much is open in the middle of the night. I stayed in the north hotel, and was disappointed that there wasn’t a vending machine within the building or the possibility of water purchase readily available. Nice place, but I think with being a 4-star hotel, these issues should be considered.
