We were so happy with our experience with Michael and the Ethos Lending team (Mario and Kim) and Josh. They made the process so simple and expedited everything for us to make sure we got to the finish line in time. They were very clear and concise about everything they needed from us and helped us understand all of the documents we were signing. As first time home buyers, we weren’t sure what to expect, but we truly couldn’t have done this without their help.
Jeff and the team were amazing and helpful this entire process. They were able to explain everything to use in a way that was easy to understand, provide updates and breakdowns, find great rates, and even sent us little presents like champagne, moving care package, and a personalized address stamp for our new home!
Working with Michael Mannino at California Coastal Loans was outstanding. He helped guide my wife and I through the home buying and mortgage process well in advance of buying our first home, so when the time came to buy, we were ready. He was very thorough, responsive and genuinely pleasant to work with. Would not have wanted to do it without him.

His follow-up is superb and it's hard to find that these days. I'm sure he was assisting others at the time but he made us feel like we were a priority and eased our minds gracefully.
