I have lived at Harbor View East Apts. for two years now. I really love this place. I moved in to a newly remodeled 1 bdr. w den. All new appliances, cabinets, etc. Everything so new and clean. The view of the Harbor and the Sound is absolutely amazing. It is so quiet and peaceful here.The carports have been remodeled and the parking lot repaved. It is really nice. Bad, bad place. I am a CURRENT tenant and on a month to month lease. I gave a 30 day notice after we received yet another email from managers complaining about everything. (Your not allowed to leave your shoes outside door) etc. So I gave a 30 day notice on 4/12 and said I would be out on 5/12. Well I got a reply that said because I didn't do it by 10th, (20 days before end of month). I was going to have to pay all of May. ( IT IS 1 DAY LATE and I wasn't even asking to be out the 1st!) and I am giving 30 days vs 20. ... read more
