I've lived here for several months now and have had no problems at all. Everyone is friendly and it's very quiet. I haven't lived in an apartment in years but this is a much better experience than I've had in the past. I would highly recommend it!
I would not suggest this as a good place to rent from. My biggest issue with this place is the property manager. She is almost never in the office, does not answer questions, takes the longest time to respond if at all, and does not listen to the needs or concerns of residents. She is also not helpful and makes paperwork annoyingly hard to comprehend. Not only that but she is unreasonably rude when asked questions.
