Been trying to get ahold of someone via the phone for 2 days now with zero response back.
Maintenance is terrible, rude and very inexperinced. Property needs renovated from the inside out lived in a 2b2b for only a few months now and have already had five maintenance request and they do not get fixed efficiently or timely. Cops are here almost every week for something. Only have money to renovate one room but can’t get legitimate problems fixed within the rooms. But yet have enough money to say there going to build a dog park instead. Highly don’t recommend moving here.
Brittany has been helpful from the first moment we reached out. We are moving in from another state which is really difficult when you're not on location. She is making everything smooth along with kindness and patience.
