Coast guard Festival was absolutely crazy. Luckily the harbor Transit ran a wonderful shuttle between the holiday inn and downtown Grand Haven. It was only $2 and I didn't have to worry about parking so far away that I wouldn't be able to find it again. Definitely a new mode of transportation when you are in Grand Haven, Spring Lake, or Fruitport.
The drivers are great and office people are amazing 🤩 I have no iuess riding whatsoever at all . The app is amazing and it easy to learn not much to it and they are every flexibility with time and they make sure you are ready or they ask how time you need , they don't rush you that all . Absolutely terrible. I’ve been forced to use Harbor transit for almost two years to get to and from school and there is never a time where the harbor is actually on time. I sent my pickup time for after school at 2:45 and there are some days where I don’t get picked up until 3:30. In the morning my pick up time is set for 6:45 and there are days where I’m pick up at 6:30. Unbelievable. Seriously. I am so frustrated at this poorly ran company. Drivers don’t know how to drive or follow road rules and will get you in an accident.
This company is a joke !!! They say there on demand that’s a lie!!!! The whole point to have an app is to reserve the time for your ride, but when I did they reached out to me telling me there gonna be a hour late? How is that? This whole public transportation is a real joke
