One of a few local businesses that go out of their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. Not the BS "customer is always right" thing. Just makes sure you get what you need. Built our home in '98, utilized John's shop a great deal then. Since then I've gotten most of my own tools but still go in maybe once a year. Without fail, he greets me by my first name and takes the time to get me set up with whatever I need.
