I brought my vehicle in for a tire replacement and left with scratched rims that were in excellent condition prior to the service. When I brought the damage to the staff’s attention, they refused to take responsibility or offer any resolution. I had a nail in tire, was able to pull up and get it fixed within 15mins! Customer service is great and prices are reasonable! I’ll def recommend and it’s 24hours

I came to Harbor Tires and received the best services at a very reasonable price. They looked at my tire and saw that it had multiple nails and it wouldn’t be economical to patch the holes. He recommended replacing the tire instead and that ultimately saved money. The customer service was great and I appreciate the suggestions.
