My aunt has been at the memory care at The Veranda for the past month. Words could not describe how incredibly thankful I am to the entire staff and in particular with Tamara. From the very first day we brought my mom to this assisted living facility, I was overwhelmed and I couldn’t stop crying, and I’ll never forget how Tamara gently comforted me and said, “They are like toddlers; she will be just fine.” As time went by, we saw exactly what she meant, and she was right. Thank Goodness for The Veranda Assisted Living My aunt has Alzheimer’s and dementia, and she was previously living in her own apartment. She has always been a fabulous diva, and even with her mental illness, she is still very aware of her living conditions and loves looking beautiful, as always. The staff are patient, caring, and very helpful. They guided us through every step with the admission process for my mom. They help us with her financial situation to allow her to be able to be admitted. The facility is clean and updated. If you’re looking for an assisted living facility and that has a memory care unit, you should look into this place. I recommend The Veranda. They put a lot of care into my mom to ensure she gets the care she needs on day one.

The Veranda Assisting Living welcomed my mother with open arms. They made the family feel as if they have been part of the Veranda family.
