I recently relocated my mom from Florida to the Veranda Assisted Living, memory care floor. I’m soooo thankful to Luz for holding my hand through the process. Along with her, Tamara, Yorlani, and the rest of the team they have been amazing!!
Would not recommend the staff is not competent especially admissions they lack professionalism with returning calls or emails in a timely manner waited about two months for an approval when i was notified twice that the approval was very likely and the. After two separate assessments and countless follow ups with no responses
Went to pick up a patient living here before and the receptionist was so rude and lied saying I was giving her an attitude when I didn’t. Very unprofessional. Also gave an attitude to the residents staying there so would not recommend if you want your loved ones dismissed and talked down upon.
