Would never recommend this place unless u absolutely hate your family
My mother is a recent new addition to the memory care facility. Luz and Tamara have been such a tremendous help to my family during this difficult time. Both helped to make the process as smooth as possible.
I took care of my parents from 2024 , lost my mom and still had my Dad. I found out I was sick and couldn’t continue to care for my Dad. My Journey was not easy I tried a couple of nursing homes. I was told I needed to take him to emergency and say I couldn’t care for him anymore. My aunt has been at the memory care at The Veranda for the past month. Words could not describe how incredibly thankful I am to the entire staff and in particular with Tamara. From the very first day we brought my mom to this assisted living facility, I was overwhelmed and I couldn’t stop crying, and I’ll never forget how Tamara gently comforted me and said, “They are like toddlers; she will be just fine.” As time went by, we saw exactly what she meant, and she was right.
