Finding a safe, caring place for my father with dementia was a difficult decision, but Veranda made it easier. Tamara was kind, knowledgeable, and really took the time to answer our questions during the tour. You could see she knew the residents well, and the staff had a genuine rapport with them. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean with some newly renovated floors and nice rooms. We left feeling reassured that my father will be in good hands.

Even though my father was not ready to move into The Veranda, touring it and meeting Tamara was the highlight of it. Tamara was kind and very knowledgeable. She explained every step of the process and answered every question with a smile. The place was clean and the rooms they showed us were very nice. I know now when the time comes, Tamara will take care of us.

I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Tamara over the phone while looking into a memory care facility for my father, and I can’t thank her enough for all her help. Moving a loved one into an assisted living in itself is an extremely hard decision . After touring the facility and meeting the stuff it really put my mind at ease ! I want to thank Tamara who went above and beyond to get my mother into The Veranda ! She stayed in constant communication with me during the entire process ! Even from day of drop off ! Tamara is an absolute gem and such a sweet soul ! She made me feel 100% more comfortable about my decision and she’s most definitely appreciated ! Thank You Family :)

The veranda has been a god send, my grandmother didn’t want to go to assisted living but she had to and veranda made it so welcoming and as easy as can be!! Tamara, Josh, David, they made the transition as easy as can possibly be and my grandmother is very happy. Thank you veranda!!!!!
